When something doesn’t go how I expected it to go or wanted it to go, yes I do get sad about it but I don’t allow myself to fall into a depressive or negative cycle because what ever just happened did happen for a reason. I just brush myself off and move on to the next thing, or try, try again. It has taken me a while to get to this point, but I’m glad I have.
